The short version

Retention
We keep contact correspondence only for as long as needed to answer it and to deal with any follow-up, then delete it. Technical and analytics data is retained for a limited period sufficient for the purpose it was collected for, after which it is aggregated or removed. We do not keep data indefinitely "just in case".
Under-18s
This site, and the gambling content it discusses, is intended for adults only. Access is restricted to visitors aged 18+, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age.
